When you sign up for a managed support contract we will attend your practice to map out the network topology and to complete a health check of your current IT infrastructure. It’s important for us to meet you in person to get an understanding of your IT needs as well as build familiarity with the practice layout. We also provide Ad-hoc support for practices having IT difficulties. Give us a call and we can provide remote support through Teamviewer to quickly resolve the problem.
